CITY TAX:
The City of Monteriggioni provides a tax, with the exception of children under the age of 12, to:
€ 1.50 per person for up to 3 nights accommodation at the agriturismo,
€ 2 per person for up to 3 nights stay at the Residenza d’Epoca.
METHOD OF RESERVATION:
To guarantee the reservation is required to send a credit card with expiration date.

When the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a voucher (e-mail or fax) with the reservation date, name, date of arrival, room type, length of stay, price, instructions to get to Castel Pietraio.

• Arrival: daily between 4p.m. to 7p.m.

No refund to the customer who decides to terminate the stay already started, we recommend the customer to enter into an insurance contract covering disclaimers.
JURISDICTION:
In case of disputes concerning the following contract will be referred to the Court is Bologna.
