The grapes are selected during the harvesting operations. After the drying - for about 4 months on straw mats - the dried grapes are pressed. The obtained must is put in small oak barrels, in which the slow alcoholic fermentation takes place. Here the wine remains for about 8 years. In the bottle: an elegant and complexed ``nectar`` is the result of this process.
